1. Subscription Refunds

Sentic Logs offers subscription-based services for monitoring and logging your FiveM server activities. Our refund policy for subscriptions is as follows:

1.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevent the service from functioning as advertised, which our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges.
  • Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end.
  • Requests made within 48 hours of initial purchase if the service has not been used (new subscriptions only).

1.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests made after 48 hours of the initial purchase.
  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual).
  • Changes in pricing plans or features after your purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with the service features that were clearly described before purchase.
  • Issues related to your server configuration or third-party software that prevents proper integration.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Account termination due to misuse or abuse of the service.

2. Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support - Reach out to our support team at support@senticlogs.com or through our Discord server with your refund request.
  2. Provide Information - Include your account details, purchase date, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation or screenshots.
  3. Review Period - Allow up to 5 business days for our team to review your request.
  4. Decision Notification - You will be notified of our decision via email or Discord message.

3. Refund Methods

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the current billing period. Your access to the service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please include detailed information in your refund request.
